Refund policy

We hope you’re happy with your purchase, but if it doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ve made it easy to return your item.


For Kuwait:

Return Window: We offer a 14-day return policy. You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. Return pickup and restocking are free of charge.

Return Eligibility:

  • Purchase must be made online through Moda Body Shop
  • Item must be unused, unworn, with original tags, and in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

How to Request a Return: Please contact us at crm@modabodyshop.com or call +965 90909980. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return label and pickup instructions.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Personal care and beauty items
  • Prescription or regulated pharmaceutical products
  • Perishable goods
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Gift cards or final sale items

Exchanges: The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your current item and place a new order once your return is accepted.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed, please contact us at crm@modabodyshop.com.


For GCC (Outside Kuwait):

Return Window: You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable. Items must be shipped to our warehouse in Kuwait. This applies to all orders regardless of their value.

Eligibility for Return:

  • Purchase must be made online through Moda Body Shop
  • Items must be in original condition, unused, with tags and packaging
  • Receipt or proof of purchase required

How to Request a Return: Email crm@modabodyshop.com or call +965 90909980. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Damages and Issues: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately. In such cases, Moda Body Shop will cover the return shipping costs.

Exchanges: We recommend returning the item and placing a new order. A refund will be issued once the original item is received and approved.

Refunds: Refunds are processed within 10–15 business days after return approval and inspection. Processing times may vary depending on your bank. If your refund has not been received after 15 business days, contact us at crm@modabodyshop.com.
